As one might imagine, the Poppy is based on the flower of the same name. When switched on, the shade opens up like a flower - heat from the bulb causes the delicate, bi-metal leaves to open out. Its blown glass shade is available in the colours red, ceramic or aubergine. When the lamp is turned on, the goblet-shaped shade takes on a delicate translucency. Poppy has a flexible, textile-covered neck which can be directed wherever it is required. This decorative lamp is ideal for tables and desks or as a bedside reading lamp. Its flexible hose neck is made from textile-covered metal and its base from shiny black nickel-plated steel.
